The finPOWER Connect Electronic Signature module allows for your documents to be signed quickly and more efficiently providing a faster turnaround of applications and loan approvals.
The document is Published in finPOWER Connect either manually or automatically depending on your business processes.
Signatories are notified via email or SMS that a document is awaiting their signature/s.
Signatories click on the link enabling them to sign on a touch screen or insert their signature to complete the signing process. Some providers support video signing.
The documents are then returned to finPOWER Connect to be easily accessed from the Client or Account file in the logs.
