This page shows how you can track the progress of the client/s within the signing process in finPOWER Connect.

Tracking Progess

The Account Log is where the documents are stored as pictured below:

You will then be able to drilldown (Drill Down Button button) on the Status Log (the line labeled Service n.b. this is different to a "Service Log") and be able to see the current status, via the Electronic Signature page.


Click the Secured Signing  - Update Status Button button to confirm where in the process the documents are.

Viewing the Document

The document can be viewed from the Document page of the Status Log (the line labeled Service n.b. this is different to a "Service Log") and exported in a number of ways as per the Button Strip listed below.
