Document Configuration for Electronic Signatures

Before using Electronic Signing you need to make sure the following is set up, and that your document is an IS Word Document.

Constants

To view the set up of your Document template, open the form via the Admin Menu

To open the Documents form, from the Admin menu, click Documents.


You must have the constant UseElectronicSigning on the documents set to true as pictured below:

The other electronic signing Constants are optional and will depend upon the requirements of the business.
The ones pictured in the above picture are an example of the options available for Secured Signing.
