To open the Client List Report, from the Report menu, click Report Explorer and select the Client Reports group.

Report

DescriptionThe Client List Report allows you to filter Client contact information for a single Client, or a range of Clients.
PurposeA versatile report, providing a list of Client information which can be used when identifying visiting Clients, Client Address, Phone number or email address.


Reports, Client List

Select the Order By and Client Groups to show

Order By

Select the order in which the report is to appear, by Code or Name.

Descending

Tick to display in a descending order or leave blank to display in an ascending order.

Clients

Select the Clients to be included or leave blank to include all.

Alternatively use F6 to look up Clients.

Select Other Options

Tick to Include Inactive Clients and/or Exclude Clients with no open accounts in the report; leave blank if not required.

Columns

Tick to include the applicable Columns in the report.
