You must have a valid RealMe login before being able to access the PPSR Website and related API and therefore set up PPSR credentials for finPOWER Connect.

There are two different web URLs to go to to set up access to the PPSR:

Subscribe to the API - https://api.business.govt.nz/api/welcome - Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE) website.
Set up - https://ppsr.companiesoffice.govt.nz/ - PPSR Dashboard.

All API users must belong to an organisation account.
You must use the same RealMe login to subscribe to the API and create an Organisation Account on the PPSR Website.
You cannot belong to more than one organisation.
You can have more than one Secured Party Group (SPG).
You must belong to an Organisation before you can add or claim a Secured Party Group (SPG).

For further information about this, and additional information on how to use the PPSR dash board, it is advisable to download a User Guide from the MBIE website.

Login using your RealMe, click on APIs, click on PPSR, click on PPSR again, then select the Documentation tab, scroll to the bottom of the page to "Downloads" - rPPSR Sandbox WebUI User Guide.
