In order to Access the new PPSR platform (new as of 2018), you must subscribe to the API.

Go to API Business Govt Link - Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE) website.

1. Log into the site with your RealMe login. If you are not sure how to obtain this, click here for more information.

• Along the top of the page click on "APIs"
• Within the list, find PPSR and click on this.
• Click PPSR again.
• Under the "Applications" drop down list will be a "Subscribe" button. Click on this.
• Within the list, find MBIE, click on this.
• Click on MBIE-Echo
• Under the "Applications" drop down list will be a "Subscribe" button. Click on this. This Subscription should show immediately without the need for approval.

2. Once the Subscription has been authorised, log back into the site and go to "My Subscriptions". You will see your subscribed APIs at the bottom.

3. Click on the "Generate keys" button. This will create the "Consumer Key" and "Consumer Secret" credentials.

• Within finPOWER Connect, go to Global Settings, Securities, PPSR NZ page and copy this information into the relevant sections.
• Click the "Verify" and "Verify User" buttons to check that the information has been entered correctly.
