Description | The Deposit Cash Flow Report displays the forecasted Deposit Cash movements for a specified date range in the future. |
Purpose | By grouping and summarising Accounts into Account Types or Dealers, you can use the report to analyse when major cash flow movements will occur and provide key management reports. |
Select the order in which the report is to appear, by Code, Name, Date Opened, Date Quoted, Balance or Maturity Date.
Tick to display in a descending order or leave blank to display in an ascending order.
Select specific accounts to be included or leave blank for all deposit accounts.
Enter the date the report will be calculated "to"; used when calculating values such as Balance.
Select the period type for the report: Daily, Weekly, Fortnightly, 4 Weekly, 30 Days, Monthly, EOM (End of Month), 2 Months, Quarterly, 6 Months or Yearly. The frequency is not limited to the list shown, it can be any valid date cycle, e.g. M20 for 20th of the month.
Select the number of "Columns" for the report, e.g. 1 to 99. Any number of columns selected over 12 will not display well on a Preview and is instead designed for the report to be exported.
The level of rounding required either Normal, Whole, or Thousands.
Tick to include Interest Transfers Column
Tick to include On Call Balance Column
Tick to include a Total column, calculating the actual total of all columns.
Select from Investor Payments or Withholding Tax. Selecting "Withholding Tax will limit other options available within the report.
Tick to include Withdrawals in the report.
Tick to include Interest Payments in the report.
Tick to include Investments in the report.
