Security Statement Form, Policies page

The Policies page displays all Security Items listed on a Security Statement. The Policies page will only be available if the checkbox on menu option, Tools, Global Settings, Securities, General Page, "Use Insurance Broker Terminology?" is ticked. Otherwise, this page will be called the Security Items page.

Policies

ColumnDescription
DrilldownClicking Drill Down Button will open the Policy form.
Security Type IconDisplays the Icon defined on the Security Type.
Security Type IdDisplays the Security Type of the Item.
DefunctDisplays if the Security Item is defunct (no longer in use). Policies that are Defunct will have a line through them, and the Cover Value will not be added to the Total at the bottom of the grid.
ReferenceDisplays the Reference of the Policy.
PolicyDisplays the Policy Number.
DescriptionDisplays a description of the Policy.
CoverDisplays the amount the Policy covers for.
PremiumDisplays the annual Premium of the Policy.
RenewalThe date the Policy is scheduled for renewal.
Insurance CompanyThe Company the Policy is with.
Insurance NotesDisplays any Notes.
Security ValueDisplays the Security Value based upon the Security percentage to use.
