You must be licenced for the Securities Register Add-On to use the functionality described below.

To open the Security Statement Log List Report, from the Report menu, click Report Explorer and select the Security Statement Reports group.

Report

Description	The Security Statement Log List, provides a list of logs for each Statement.
Purpose	The report is able to be printed as a list.

Select the Order By and Logs to show

Order By

Select the order in which the report is to appear, by Security Statement Id, Log Type, Date, Action Date, Complete Date and Subject.

Descending

Tick to display in a descending order or leave blank to display in an ascending order.

Then By:

Then by as a second option, e.g. Code then by Date. Some options to choose from are: Security Statement Id, Log Type, Date, Action Date, Complete Date or Subject.

Descending

Tick to display in a descending order or leave blank to display in an ascending order.

Logs

Select the Logs to be included or leave blank to include all.

Alternatively use F6 to look up Logs.

Security Statements

Select the Security Statements to be included or leave blank to include all.

Alternatively use F6 to look up Security Statements.

Select Columns to include

Tick to include the applicable Columns in the report.

Select Other Options

Notes Option

Select the notes option in which the report is to appear, by None, Standard, Standard (Notes Below) or Standard (Notes Single Line).

Within User Preferences, Securities, General Page settings, there is are options to "Exclude Audit Logs" and "Security Statement Log Subjects"; these will affect the report results if selected.
