You must be licenced for the Securities Register Add-On to use the functionality described below.

To open the Security Statement Log Details Report, from the Report menu, click Report Explorer and select the Security Statement Reports group.

Report

Description	The Security Statement Log Details report displays details of the Logs for the Security Statements in a specified order, which can additionally be filtered to narrow the scope of the report.
Purpose	To view Security Statement Log Details.

Select the Order By and Logs to show

Order By

Select the order in which the report is to appear, by Security Statement Id, Log Type, Date, Action Date, Complete Date or Subject.

Descending

Tick to display in a descending order or leave blank to display in an ascending order.

Then By:

Then by as a second option, e.g. Code then by Date. Some options to select from are: Security Statement Id, Log Type, Date, Name, Action Date, Complete Date or Subject.

Descending

Tick to display in a descending order or leave blank to display in an ascending order.

Logs

Select the Logs to be included or leave blank to include all.

Alternatively use F6 to look up Logs.

Security Statements

Select the Security Statements to be included or leave blank to include all.

Alternatively use F6 to look up Security Statements.

Select display options

Tick to include the applicable Columns in the report.

Select other display options

Show a summary of Parameters at the bottom of this details report?

Tick this box to show a list of selected Parameters on the final page of the report.
