You must be licenced for the PPSR Interface Add-On to use the functionality described below.

To open the PPSR NZ Transaction List Report, from the Report menu, click Report Explorer and select the Security Statement Reports group.

Description	The PPSR NZ Transaction List Report lists all securities and the status recorded.
Purpose	This Report is designed to provide an audit trail of all PPSR transactions and could be used to reconcile fees charged from the PPSR.

Select the Order

Order By

Select from the dropdown list the order in which the report is to appear.

Tick to display in a descending order or leave blank to display in an ascending order.

Enter the Date range you require.

Search and select the relevant Product Ids.

Tick the applicable checkboxes to include Statuses required for the report.

Tick to include Show Error Details, Single Line, Show Transaction time or Show Creator in the report.
