To open the Branch List Report, from the Report menu, click Report Explorer and select the Admin Reports group.

Select the Order By and Branches to show

Order By

Select the order in which the report is to appear, by Code, Description or Name.

Descending

Tick to display Branches in a descending order. Leave blank to display in an ascending order.

Branches

Select Branches to be included or leave blank to include all.

Alternatively use F6 to look up Branches.

Include Inactive Branches

Tick to include "Inactive Branches" in the report.

Show Notes

Tick to show the Notes in the report.

Single Line

Tick to display notes in a single line within the report. For example, if there are 5 lines of notes, only the first line will display on the report.
