To open the Calendar Details Report, from the Report menu, click Report Explorer and select the Admin Reports group.

Select the Order By and Calendars to show

Order By

Select the order in which the report is to appear, by Code or Description.

Descending

Tick to display Calendars in a descending order. Leave blank to display in an ascending order.

Calendars

Select Calendars to be included or leave blank to include all.

Alternatively use F6 to look up Calendars.

Select Display Options

Tick to include the applicable sections required for the report.

Select Other Display Options

Tick to display "a summary of parameters at the bottom of the report".
