To open the Account Log List Report, from the Report menu, click Report Explorer and select the Account Reports group.

Select the Order By and Logs to show

Order By

Select the order in which the report is to appear, by Account Id, Log Type, Date, Name, Action Date, Complete Date or Subject.

Descending

Tick to display in a descending order or leave blank to display in an ascending order.

Then By:

As a Secondary option select from Account Id, Log Type, Date, Name, Action Date, Complete Date or Subject.
This is a secondary filter, e.g. Code then by Date.

Descending

Tick to display in a descending order or leave blank to display in an ascending order.

Logs

Select the Logs to be included or leave blank to include all.

Alternatively use F6 to look up Logs.

Accounts

Select the Accounts to be included or leave blank to include all.

Alternatively use F6 to look up Accounts.

Columns

Tick to include relevant columns required for the report; leave blank if not required.

Notes Option

Select the notes option in which the report is to appear, by None, Standard, Standard (Notes Below) or Standard (Notes Single Line).
