Branch and Department

Branch

The Branch this Account belongs to.

Department

The Department this Account belongs to.

Business Development Manager

BDM

Displays the Current BDM defined on the Dealer. This cannot be edited.

Original BDM

Displays the Original BDM from the Dealer when the Account was added. This field can be updated if applicable.

Commissions

Defaults from the Commissions BDM defined on the Dealer, but can be updated if applicable.

The Business Development Managers section will only be displayed if Users are defined as Business Development Managers

Dealer and Employee

Dealer

The Dealer this Account belongs to.

Employee

The Dealer Employee this Account belongs to.

Broker and Employee

Broker

The Broker this Account belongs to.

Employee

The Broker Employee this Account belongs to.

Insurance Details

Insurer

Displays the Insurance Company from the dropdown list. This list is built from External Parties which have a Type of "Insurer".

Policy Type

This list is defined by the InsuranceType Information List.

Policy Number

Displays the Insurance Policy Number.

The Insurance Details section will only display if the option to Include Account level Insurance details has been ticked on the Other page of the relevant Account Type.
