Statement Options

Use Statements

Untick if statements aren't used and exclude statement details from New Account and Account screens.

Statements

Select the intervals that Statements are to be sent.

Next Date

Enter a default date for when the next statement is to be sent for a new Account. This option can be used to synchronise sending statements on a particular date. For instance end of each quarter, 30/6, 30/9.

Parameter Set to enter User Defined details

Select the Parameter Set used to define User Define Fields and User Data for Accounts of this Account Type.

Debt Ratio

The Debt Ratio is defined as a percentage and calculated as Total Liabilities divided by Total Assets.
A client's Debt Ratio should not exceed the threshold set, if the Debt Ratio is higher than the Threshold then the Account should be declined. If the Debt Ratio is lower than the limit indicates the client may apply to borrow more money.

Include Account level Insurance details?

Tick if Accounts of this Account Type retain Account Insurance details for the Account.

Allow Withdrawals (including Transfers)?

Tick if accounts of this account type allow Withdrawals and Transfers.

Allow Restructure?

Tick to allow Accounts to be restructured using this Account Type.

Allow Refinance Into?

Tick to allow Accounts to be refinanced into Accounts of this Type.

Allow Refinance to be re-dated forward

Tick to allow the opening date of a Refinance To Account to be re-dated forward.
For example, date a refinance for the 1st of the month but for some reason the account isn't opened until the 3rd; additionally extra funds are to be paid on the 3rd. The new Account must be edited, a new date entered and therefore new payments to be recalculated.

The original Account being refinanced is NOT changed, therefore there may be a period where there is no Interest and Fees charged on the balance outstanding.

Show Account Id with check digit?

Tick to show Account Id with check digit in the summary pages for Accounts of this type. This will display on the Payments page of the Accounts form.

Show Total Advances?

Tick to show Total Advances in the summary pages for Accounts of this type when using the built in Scripts.

Show Overdue?

Tick to show Overdue in the summary pages for Accounts of this type when using the built in Scripts.

Show Contractual Overdue?

Tick to show Contractual Overdue in the summary pages for Accounts of this type when using the built in Scripts.
