To open the Workflow List Report, from the Report menu, click Report Explorer and select the Workflow Reports group.

Select the Order By and Workflows to show

Order By

Select the order in which the report is to appear, by Code, Description or Workflow Type.

Descending

Tick to display in a descending order or leave blank to display in an ascending order.

Workflows

Select Workflows to be included or leave blank to include all.

Alternatively use F6 to look up Workflows.

Recall Date from/to

Enter the Recall Date range required.

Only Include Recalled

Tick to include all Workflows with their "Recall" date set in the report. Leave blank if not required.

Opened from/to

Enter the Opened date range you require.

Review Date from/to

Enter the Review date range you require.

Closed from/to

Enter the Closed date range you require.

Statuses

Tick to include any Statuses required for the specific report.

Workflow

Tick all the relevant Workflow columns required for the report.

Account/Application

Tick all the relevant Account/Application columns required for the report.

Application

Tick to include the Application column for the report.

Client

Tick to include the Client column for the report.
