To open the Permission Usage Report, from the Report menu, click Report Explorer and select the Other Reports group.

This report is designed to show how User Defined Permission keys are being used. And it will also show Permission keys that have been defined within Admin library options, for example a Workflow Type.

Select the Permissions to show

Order By

Select the order in which the report is to appear, by Permission Key.

Descending

Tick to display in a descending order or leave blank to display in an ascending order.

Permissions

Select the Permissions to be included or leave blank to include all.

Alternatively use F6 to look up Permissions.
