To open the External Party Organiser Report, from the Report menu, click Report Explorer and select the Admin Reports group.

Select the External Party Types to include

External Party Types

Tick to include any External Party Types required for the report.

Select the Master External Parties to filter by

Select the Master External Parties to be included or leave blank to include all.

Alternatively use F6 to look up the Master External Parties.

Select Other Options

Tick to include "Inactive" External Parties in the report.
