Reports, Admin Reports, Contact Method List

To open the Contact Method List Report, from the Report menu, click Report Explorer and select the Admin Reports group.

Select the Order By and Contact Methods to show

Order By

Select the order in which the report is to appear, by Code or Description.

Descending

Tick to display in a descending order or leave blank to display in an ascending order.

Contact Methods

Select Contact Methods to be included or leave blank to include all.

Alternatively use F6 to look up Contact Methods.

Select Other Options

Tick to include "Inactive" Contact Methods in the report.

Select Contact Types

Tick to include Contact Types required for the report.
