To open the Contact Method Details Report, from the Report menu, click Report Explorer and select the Admin Reports group.

Select the Order By and Client Methods to show

Order By

Select the order in which the report is to appear, by Code or Description.

Descending

Tick to display in a descending order or leave blank to display in an ascending order.

Contact Methods

Select Contact Methods to be included or leave blank to include all.

Alternatively use F6 to look up Client Methods.

Select Other Options

Tick to include "Inactive" Contact Methods in the report.

Select Display Options

Tick to include the applicable Display options required for the report.

Select Other Display Options

Tick to include a summary of parameters at the bottom of the report

Contact Types

Tick the applicable Contact types to include in the report.
