Workflow Type, Recall Events

Events that will set the Workflow's 'Recall Immediately' flag

When one of these events occurs, the Recall Immediate flag on the Workflow will be set thereby bringing it to the User's attention.

Log created

Set the Recall Immediately flag on the Workflow when a log is created on the Account.

Transaction Created

Set the Recall Immediately flag on the Workflow when any transaction is created on the Account.

Payment Due Transaction created

Set the Recall Immediately flag on the Workflow when a Payment Due transaction is created on the Account.

Payment Received Transaction created

Set the Recall Immediately flag on the Workflow when a Payment is received on the Account.

Payment Arrangement made

Set the Recall Immediately flag on the Workflow when a Payment Arrangement is made on the Account.

Suspension details updated

Set the Recall Immediately flag on the Workflow when the Suspension Status of an Account is changed. Eg. Interest suspended.

Payment Method updated

Set the Recall Immediately flag on the Workflow when the Payment Method on an Account is changed.

Account Restructured

Set the Recall Immediately flag on the Workflow when the Account is Restructured.
