To open the User Policy List Report, from the Report menu, click Report Explorer and select the User Security Reports group.

Select the Order By and User Policies to show

Order By

Select the order in which the report is to appear, by Code and Description.

Descending

Check the Descending checkbox, to display User Policies in a descending order. Leave blank to display in an ascending order.

User Policies

Select specific user policy to be included or leave blank for all user policies. Note: You can use F6 to Lookup User Policies.

Select Other Options

Check the checkbox to include Inactive User Policies in the report. Leave blank if not required.
