You must be licenced for the Securities Register Add-On to use the functionality described below.
To open the Security Item Log Details Report, from the Report menu, click Report Explorer and select the Security Statement Reports group.

Report

DescriptionThe Security Statement Item Log Details report shows a detailed list of all the logs for each of the Security Items.
PurposeThis report is able to be printed as a list.


Report Security Item Log Details General

Select the Order By and Logs to show

Order By

Select the order in which the report is to appear, by Security Item, Log Type, Date, Action Date, Complete Date and Subject.

Descending

Tick to display in a descending order or leave blank to display in an ascending order.

Then By:

Then by as a second option, e.g. Code then by Date. The options are: Security Item, Log Type, Date, Action Date, Complete Date and Subject.

Descending

Tick to display in a descending order or leave blank to display in an ascending order.

Logs

Select the Logs to be included or leave blank to include all.

Alternatively use F6 to look up Logs.

Security Statements

Select the Security Statements to be included or leave blank to include all.

Alternatively use F6 to look up Security Statements.

Select display options

Tick to include the applicable sections required for the report.

Show a summary of Parameters at the bottom of this details report?

Tick to show the list of selected Parameters on the final page of the report.
