To open the Change Monitor Category form for an Account, click on the following options:
button at the bottom of the Account, Status page or
button in the Monitoring section of the Account Status Summary page - this will take you to the Monitor Category History page first.
button in the Monitoring section of the Account Status Summary page - this will take you to the Monitor Category Change page.The Change Monitor Category wizard allows you to manually change an Account's Monitor Category. You can change the 'Overdue', 'Non-Financial' and/or 'Other' Monitor Category, effective from a specified date.
