Enter Log date, subject and notes

• Date and Time - Enter the date and time you want the log to be dated. This will default to today's date.
• Subject - Enter a subject, or select from the pre-defined list of subjects.

  This list is defined by the Loan Log Monitor Category Subjects Information List.

• Notes - Enter any applicable notes about the Monitor Category change.

Specify a period after which to Action this Log and a Log Severity

If you need the Log to be Actioned on another date, then fill in the following fields:

• Action - Enter the date this Log should be actioned.
• Time - Enter a time.

The icons showing , and will allow you to easily move the date from today, by 1 day, 7 days or 1 Month.

• Severity - Select a Log Severity from the list.
