Following the generation of Tax Certificates, run the Tax Certificate Reconciliation Report to reconcile the Certificates that were created.
The report was designed to assist with the Reconciliation of Tax Information prior to advising the Tax Department.
From the Report menu, select Report Explorer, Deposit Reports, Tax Certificate Reconciliation.
Once the above steps have been completed, the Tax Certificates can then be exported.
Select the Entity the Tax Certificate export is for.
Select the type of Tax Certificates to export, i.e. Resident or Non-Resident.
If you export Resident then you will need to repeat the process to export Non-Resident.
Select the Tax Year the export is for.
The field will pre-populate the file name based upon the Entity, Type and Year selected in the fields above.
For example, RWT_2020_M.txt
The file will be saved into the location that is defined in Global Settings, General, Documents and Templates, or User Preferences, General, Documents and Templates.
Click on the Export button to complete the export.
