Enter the financial details as you would when adding other New Accounts.

The important difference between a new account and a refinanced account is that certain Opening Transactions will only be available when the new loan is a part of a Refinance. These are defined in the Account Type with a Frequency of Refinance.

In the above screenshot, the Top Transaction is the Refinanced amount. This is a read-only value brought forward from the Refinanced Account. The other transactions are all defined as Refinance, except for the Account Fee, which is an Ongoing transaction in the Account Type.
