To Print or Export a grid, or a selection of records from a grid, right-click your mouse in the grid and select Print.

Include Selected rows only?

Tick this box to only include rows that you have selected. Leave unticked to display all rows.

Include 'Filtered Out' rows?

Tick this to show all rows in the grid, even if any filters you have applied would mean those rows are not shown.

Show Report Count?

Tick this box to show a count of records in the Total line at the bottom of the report.

Wordwrap text over multiple lines?

Tick this box to wrap long text over multiple lines. This will prevent you only seeing some of the information, or having to expand the column out too far in the grid before printing.

Show Formatting (bold etc)?

Tick this box to force the report to display formatting as it is in the grid. Leave it blank to format all fields as standard plain text.

Report Title

Optionally change the default to display a title at the top of the report to suit your own purpose.

The Report will display columns with their actual width as displayed in the grid, so it is important to check the column widths on the grid before printing.

If the grid is displayed in Full Screen mode, you may find that the last column is wider than necessary and the other columns may be squeezed up so that the report is hard to read.

When printing the contents of a grid the report now includes simple totals.

Note, this does not apply to totals where the value is not a simple total of the column. For example, the total at the bottom of Security Statement items excludes Trade-Ins and Defunct items, so the grid report does not include totals.
