You may select individual or multiple rows (records).
Click on the Row Selector (usually the first column) of the row you wish to select. The row will become highlighted.
Click on the first row's row selector to select it, e.g. click on row 1.
Hold Shift and click the last row's row selector, e.g. row 3. All rows selected will be highlighted including the first and last selection and all rows in between, e.g. rows 1, 2 and 3 have been highlighted.
Click on the first row's row selector to select it, e.g. click on row 1.
Whilst holding Ctrl on the keyboard, click row selectors for other rows you which to select. The rows will be shown with a highlighted background, e.g. select row 1, then hold down Ctrl and click on row 3, this will only select rows 1 and 3.
You can unselect rows by clicking on them again.
Some grids allow you to manipulate the data. A good example of this is Bank or Transaction Entry grids, where you can add, delete or move rows. These buttons below the grid allow you to do this simply.
