You can sort the records in the grid alphabetically or by size, depending on the record type.
To Sort the Records
Click in the Header Row of the column you wish to sort by. This will add a small triangle to the Header Row pointing upwards to indicate that the records at the top of the grid are smaller than those further down (Ascending order). Click on the Header Row again and the order will be reversed.
