Code and Name

Code

The Client's unique code and can be up to 10 characters long.

Name

This Client's Name. You cannot edit this field here, it is edited on the Name & Details page.

Active

Indicates whether this is a currently active Client.

External Id

Optionally define a Unique External Id for this client. This can be shown or hidden based upon the User Preferences Setting.

This might be used to store the code used in another database to reference this Client.

Cross Ref

Optionally enter a Cross Reference from an External system of up to 20 characters.

Password

The Password is not used to lock the Client for viewing or editing, but it can be used for identification when talking to the Client. The Password is displayed as on the Client form. You can view the Password by hovering the mouse over the key icon in the title bar at the top of the form. Click the PasswordGenerate to generate a new unique strong password.

Client Type and Group

Client Type

The Client Type this client belongs to.

When the Clients Type's Class is 'Deceased Individual' forms will display the heading in Brown & a flower icon is shown in the form heading for deceased Clients and in the built-in Account Key Details page, Clients block.

Client Group

The Client Group this client belongs to.

Branch and Client Manager

Branch

The Branch this client belongs to.

Manager

The Manager this client belongs to.

Notes

You may enter any additional notes required for this Client.
