Tick the relevant checkboxes required for this Account Role:
- Hide the Account from this Client - untick if the Client is allowed to see the Account. Tick if they are linked to the account for information purposes and therefore you do not want them viewing the Account in any way.
- Is this Client an Account Signatory - tick if the Client is an Account Signatory.
- Send Mail to Client - tick to have letters printed for Clients of this Role.
- Include this Client as a Debtor when registering a Security Statement - when ticked, Clients of this role will be included as a Debtor listed in the Financing Statement.
Options
Tick the relevant checkboxes required for this Account Role:
- Is a Privacy Consent applicable to this Role - tick if a "Privacy Consent" is applicable to Clients linked to the Account of this Role.
- Record Insurance Details - tick to record insurance details of Clients of this role on the Account.
This setting must be ticked together with 'Include Client level Insurance details', which can be found by going to menu option, Admin, Product Type, Other page.
