Code and Name

Code

The Account's unique code can be up to 10 characters long. A short but meaningful code is best.

Name

This Account Application's Name. You can edit this field here, but it is created in the Client Name & Details page.

External Id

The External Id can be used to show an alternate Identification number for this Account Application. Unlike the Code, it does not need to be unique.

Type

The Account Application Type.

Status

Displays the status of the Account Application.

Flag Colour

Displays the Flag Colour if applicable.

Flag Notes

Displays any Flag Notes.

Quoted

The quoted date of the Account Application.

Manager

The Manager this Account Application belongs to.

Review Date

Optionally enter a Review Date. A Log Note will be created and will appear in the Manager's Task List.
