Code
Each User Group requires a unique code of up to five characters. A short but meaningful code is best.
Description
Enter a description for the User Group. This should be a description that easily identifies this User Group.
Show Filter on Reports?
If this box is ticked, any filters applied when running this report will be displayed with other parameters at the bottom of the report. This includes any filters selected when printing the report as well as any filters applied from settings in the User Group, Filters Page.
Include filtered out Clients in Quick Search?
This checkbox is disabled by default. If ticked, then all Clients, regardless of whether they are filtered out, will be included in the Quick Search results.
The HTML summary for filtered out Clients will only show the following if a Client is filtered out:
- Code
- Name
- Branch
- Gender
- Date of Birth
- Address
Additionally, a warning will be displayed that the User does not have permission to view the Client.
