Status
The status of the registration with the Security Register; "Not Applicable", "Cancelled", "New", "Registered" or "Discharged".

| Not Applicable | Indicates the Security Statement is not required to be registered on the Security Register. |
| Cancelled | Indicates the Security Statement has been cancelled, e.g. when refinancing an Account the Security Statement is cancelled and a new Security Statement is created. |
| New | Indicates the Security Statement has not yet been registered on the Security Register. |
| Registered | Indicates the Security Statement has been registered on the Security Register. |
| Discharged | Indicates the Security Statement has been discharged on the Security Register. |
Action
This is the Action Status of the registration with the PPSR, which is dependent on the Status of the registration. For example when the status is Registered, the action is normally blank. However if something significant has been changed, then an "Amend" will be required.
Action Status
The status of the Action; "Send", "On Hold" or "Pending".
SPG
The Secured Party Group the Financing Statement is registered under.
Registration No
The registration number of the Financing Statement.
Registration PIN
The unique access code assigned to the Financing Statement. A critical piece of information required to maintain and discharge the Financing Statement. Take great care to avoid sending this financing statement PIN to the debtor as this is one of the two identifiers required to discharge the Financing Statement. To ensure this PIN cannot accidentally be shown or noted to the Debtor rather than the Debtor PIN, the Financing Statement PIN is shown as *****. Click on the PIN field to display it in a message box, or click on the Edit button to display the PIN.
Registered
The date and time of registration on the PPSR.
Expires
The date and time registration is due to expire.
Discharged
If the Security Statement has been discharged, the date the Security Statement was discharged
Prior Legislation
The Prior Legislation Type for Security registered prior to the PPSR (1 May 2002).
Dated
The Date of Registration for Security registered prior to the PPSR (1 May 2002).
Status
This is the status of the Debtor being informed of when registration for the Security Item has been completed; "Not Applicable", "Waived", "To Be Advised" or "Advised".
PIN
The personal identification number that a debtor or interested party is required to enter before lodging a change demand on the register. The debtor PIN is supplied in the verification statement.
