Logs
| Column | Description |

 | Clicking on the "" Drilldown will open the Mailbox Item, allowing it to be edited. |
  | Displays whether the Mailbox item is High Priority or Low Priority |
  | Displays whether the Mailbox item has been unread or read. |
 Flag Colour | Will show where a Flag (of different colours) has been assigned to the Mailbox Item. |
| Action Date | The Date the Mailbox Item was Actioned. |
| Action Date (including Time) | The Date and Time the Mailbox Item was Actioned. |
| Complete | The Date the Mailbox Item was Completed. |
| Complete (including Time) | The Date and Time the Mailbox Item was Completed. |
| Date | The Date of the Mailbox Item. |
| Date (including Time) | The Date and Time of the Mailbox Item. |
| External Id | The External Id number. |
| File Name | Not currently used. (PPSR B2G (AU) only). |
| Full File Name | Not currently used. (PPSR B2G (AU) only). |
| Message | The Message that has come with the Mailbox Item. |
| Notes | The Flag Notes that can be added via the Mailbox Item. |
| Notification Type | These numbers are related to the type of Mailbox Item, e.g. Number plate has changed. |
| Owner Pk | The Primary key of the Owner (Security Statement Item Pk). |
| Owner Type | The Owner Type, e.g. is a Security Statement Item. |
| Received | The Date the Mailbox Item was received. |
| Received (including Time) | The Date and Time the Mailbox Item was received. |
| Subject | The subject of the Log. |
| Type | The Type of Item it is, i.e. MotorWeb Alert. |
