When entering details for an Insurance Item the following screen is displayed.
Description
Enter a short description. This list is defined on the Security Type, Other page.
Insurer
Select the Insurer from the list, if they have been entered on your system as an "External Party". The following field will be automatically populated if using this method.
Company
Enter the name of the Insurance Company holding cover over the goods.
Policy No.
Enter the Policy Number.
Cover Value
Enter the Cover Value.
Premium
Enter the Premium value.
Renewal Date
Enter the date the Policy is to be renewed.
Insurance Notes
Enter any notes regarding the Insurance Policy.
