To open the Role Details Report, from the Report menu, click Report Explorer and select the User Security Reports group.

Select the Order By and Roles to show

Order By

Select the order in which the report is to appear, by Code and Description.

Descending

Check the Descending checkbox, to display Roles in a descending order. Leave blank to display in an ascending order.

Roles

Select specific roles to be included or leave blank for all roles. Note: You can use F6 to Lookup Roles.

Select Other Options

Check the checkbox to include Inactive Roles in the report. Leave blank if not required.

Select Display Options

Check the applicable checkboxes to include any display options required for the specific report. Leave blank if not required.

Show

Select either Allow, Deny and Both from the dropdown box required for the specific report.

Include All

Check the checkbox to Include All effective permission's by default on the report.
