Report
| Description | The Loan Interest Rate Variance List displays Fixed Term Floating Rate and Revolving Credit Accounts and their potential variance. |
| Purpose | To compare the Account base rate against the Account Type or benchmark rate to highlight any Variances that have been excluded from the Floating Rate Change Wizard. |
Order By
Select the order in which the report is to appear, by Code or Name.
Descending
Tick to display in a descending order or leave blank to display in an ascending order.
Accounts
Select the Account to be included or leave blank to include all.
Account Type
Select the Account Type to be included or leave blank to include all.
Date As At
Enter the date the report will be calculated "to"; used when calculating values such as Balance.
Rate
Enter a rate to check the Variance against a benchmark Interest rate, alternatively leave blank to check against the Account Type's Interest rate.
Include All Accounts
Tick to display All Accounts with or without a Variance.
Variance
Enter a Variance percentage to include Accounts above the value defined.
