Enter Log date, subject and notes

Date

Enter the date you want the log to be dated. This will default to today's date.

Enter a subject, or select from the pre-defined list of subjects.

This list is defined by the Loan Log Interest Rate Review Subjects Information List.

Enter any applicable notes about the Interest Rate change.

Optionally enter the date this Log should be actioned.

Optionally enter a time.

Select a Log Severity from the list.
