This page enables you to hold details of addresses, contact methods and other contacts.
Addresses and Contact Methods
Right mouse click to add or removed columns as required.
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Drilldown | Click  to drilldown to the details of the Contact Method. |
| Address Validated | This column displays a checkbox  that will show as ticked if the address has been validated. |
| Address Validated Icon | This column has no heading but displays an icon  indicating whether the address has been validated. |
| Contact Method | A short description of the contact method. |
| Contact Method Icon | This column has no heading but displays the Contact Method icon, for example,  ,  and  . |
| Contact Method Id | Displays the Contact Method Id, for example, AD for Address. |
| Details | Details of the Address or contact method. |
| Duration | Duration that the contact method is valid for, e.g. length of time the Client resided at an address. |
| Flags | A series of icons indicating properties of the contact method, e.g. whether it is a delivery and/or postal address or whether it is a phone number that can receive SMS messages. |
| Not Current Icon | This column has no heading, but displays a Warning Icon  to show that the Contact method is no longer current. |
| Notes | Additional notes/information required for this contact method. |
| Start | The Date the contact method is valid from. |
| Status | This is an Information List that can contain a list of Statuses that you choose to add. |
| Stop | Date the contact method is valid to. |

 | Move the current row up (Ctrl+Up) |
 | Move the current row up (Ctrl+Down) |
 Changed | Update address or contact method from the current item, e.g. if the External Party has changed address. |
 | Display a map for the currently selected address |
 | Display only the current contact methods i.e. those that have not expired |
 | To show/hide the preview pane window |
 | Save defaults for this grid |
Preview Pane
The Preview Pane displays details of the currently selected item in the grid. The information displayed varies depending on the type of contact method.
Some contact methods may provide links which are used to send an Email or SMS Messages.
