If required, enter Ranges to filter by

Click to see a list of records available and select those that are applicable.

• Click an item to select it, or click again to de-select it.
• Selected items are highlighted in green, their Id appears in the box located at the bottom of the form.

Click OK to return to the Document Selection page and view your selections.

Once the relevant ranges have been selected click the button to proceed to the next page.
