Both the Publish New and Re-Publish options are shown below.
Some options only show when the 'Re-Publish' option has been selected on the 'Publish Type' page of the wizard.
Publish New Documents options
If you have selected the 'Publish New Documents' checkbox on the previous page, you will see the following options:
- Select how the Document Logs should be ordered - the options are Code or Name, e.g. the Account Id or the Client Name.
- Select the Classes of Logs to include - untick any checkboxes that are not required, these are ticked by default. For example if you only want to publish Account Documents, then untick Account Applications, Client and User.
Log Classes are a description of the type of Object the Log is created on.
- Select the File Types to include - untick any of the options, to filter by type of document, e.g. Email.
Click the 
to move to the next page of the wizard.
Re-Publish Documents options
If you have selected the 'Publish New Documents' checkbox on the previous page, you will see the following options:
- Select the criteria of Documents to Republish
- Published by Users - click on the
find button to select User to filter the results by. - Order By - the options are Code or Name, e.g. the Account Id or the Client Name.
- Select the Classes of Logs to include - untick any checkboxes that are not required, these are ticked by default. For example if you only want to publish Account Documents, then untick Account Applications, Client and User.
Log Classes are a description of the type of Object the Log is created on.
- Select the File Types to include - untick any of the options, to filter by type of document, e.g. Email.
- Select the Publish Status of Logs to include - select whether to include Published and/or Failed documents.
