User Defined Permissions are used to secure objects such as Scripts, Documents and Workflow Types.
Use this page to set up a Permission Key to prevent certain Roles from using this Document.

Once the Permission Key has been set up in the Permission Explorer, you will be able to select it from the Permission Key drop down list.
Additionally, you can click on the 
icon, which will take you to the Permission Explorer to check that the option selected is correct.
