Use this page where there is to be a fee charged for sending the document.
- Tick the Charge a fee for sending this document checkbox, where a fee is to be charged when this document is published. For example a Statement document fee is charged when the Statement log is created rather than when it's published. This means it can be included in the Statement.
- Select the Element from the dropdown list, to charge this fee against.
- Enter a fee Value to charge for this document.
- Enter a Reference if required when the fee is charged.
- Enter any Notes that you would like to see on the Account Transaction.
