Name
Enter the actual Trading Name of the Company. When Using PPSR (NZ) the company name when an organisation must end with Ltd.
Legal Name
Optionally, enter the Legal Name of the Company if different from the Trading Name.
NZBN
The Organisations's NZ Business Number, this is a 13-digit number which uniquely identifies a business in New Zealand. The first two digits are always "94", indicating New Zealand. The 13th digit is a check digit used to help prevent keying errors.
IRD No.
The Organisation's IRD number. This must either be an 8 digit number or a 9 digit number prefixed with a leading zero.
Company No
- New Zealand users are required to enter the Company Incorporation Number as displayed on the Company's Certificate of Incorporation.
- Australian users are required to enter the Company's ABN Number.
Commenced
The Organisation's commencement date.
Title
The Title for the client.
First, Middle and Last Name
The Client's First, Middle and Last Names.
Date of Birth
The Client's Date of Birth.
Gender
The client's gender This is defined from a dropdown list.
Marital Status
The Client's Marital Status.
Job Title
Enter the person's Job Titile
Also Known As
This section allows you to enter and retain any other names this Organisation is also known as.
