Enter a code so that the "Account Code" is automatically generated when a new account is added. The numbering sequence can be set per Account Type, Product Type or Overall.
Enter text, e.g. "Revolving Credit Loan" to default the description. Smart tags are also available by right mouse clicking in the description box:
Select where new Accounts of this Account Type are to be added to the Standard Ledger (leave blank) or a customised ledger, e.g. Salvage.
Tick to allow a Ledger to be entered in the New Account wizard.
Tick to allow the entry of a Maturity Date. Go to the Term Page to set the default settings.
Tick to allow entry or modification of the Minimum Payment. When unticked, the default from the Account Type will be used and prevent it from being modified in the New Account Wizard.
Tick to allow entry of the Number of days which are allowed from the Statement date until the Minimum Payment is due. This is defaulted within the New Account Wizard from the Account Type Payments page.
Tick to allow the entry of the "Hold To" period and date for Minimum Payments. This must be ticked in conjunction with amending the setting, "Hold To Period" set on the Account Type, Payments page
Tick if the Interest Cycle can be modified. When unticked the default from the Account Type will be used and prevent any modifications in the New Account Wizard.
Tick if this Account Type allows entry or change of Interest Type in the New Account Wizard. When unticked it will use the default set on the Account Type, Interest page and prevent it being modified in the New Account Wizard.
Tick if this Account Type allows entry of start up interest. When unticked it will use the default from the Account Type, Interest page and prevent it being modified in the New Account Wizard.
Tick if this Account Type allows entry of a Review Date. The Review date is displayed on the New Account wizard, Other Details page and will default to using the Account's Opening Date and the Account Type's review period.
Enter the Review period for the Review Date. If left blank, the Review Date will default to using the Account's Opening Date.
Tick to display the Options tab on the Financial Page of the New Account wizard.
Tick to display the Disbursements page in the New Account Wizard.
Tick if the User Defined Page is to be displayed in the New Account Wizard.
Tick to default all new accounts with a status of 'Quote'.
Tick where the "Print Contract Document" checkbox at the end of the New Account Wizard is to be automatically ticked.
Tick to include Account Warning Information.
Tick to prevent the User from proceeding without ticking all Alert items.
