This displays the Account that is to be changed.
Enter the date you wish to make the changes effective from. This can be a past or future date, but there are limitations in that you cannot make the change effective earlier than the last payment or interest transaction. The date will default to today's date.
Select a party to the Loan, or enter the name of the person the Arrangement was agreed with.
Enter the type of arrangement you are making.
Tick to charge a fee. The fee is defined on the Account Types, Accounting page.
Tick to create a Account Payment Arrangement document to publish at the end of the Payment Arrangement wizard. A Wizard Validator script can be created to default or not default the checkbox for the Print Payment Arrangement advice?. ie; The Script code would need to show AccountPayArrangementAdd.PrintAdvice = False, for the checkbox to default as unticked. The wizard validator would need to be defined in Tools, Global Settings, Accounts, Scripts for this to work correctly.
Tick to create a Log at the end of the wizard. If unticked, a Log will still be created which includes the Type and Reason entered above if the option to Log Payment Arrangements has been ticked in Tools, Global Settings, Auditing, Accounts.
