The Collateral grid shows details of any items used to secure this Account. As with most grids, you can adjust the columns to display only the information you wish to see.

Drilldown ( ) | Opens the Collateral Item form to show details of the Collateral Item. |
| Drilldown Collateral | Opens the Collateral Details form to show details of the Collateral Item Details. |

| Description | The description of the collateral Item. This will be made up from the Collateral Item information. |
| Security Type Icon | Displays the icon selected for the type of Security. |
| Security Type | The Description of the Security Type. |
| Trade-In | This will be ticked if the Collateral Item was used as a Trade-In. |
| Reference | Displays the Reference as defined on the General Page of the Security Item. |
| Serial Number | Displays the Item's Serial Number. In the case of Motor Vehicles, this will be the Licence Plate number. |
| Value | The value as defined in the Valuation page of the Collateral Item form. |
| Security Value | This value is calculated by finPOWER Connect depending on the Security Value setting in the Security Type. |
| Residual | This value is calculated by finPOWER Connect depending on the Residual Value setting in the Security Type. |
| Premium | Displays the Insurance Premium as defined in the Insurance page of the Collateral Item. |
| Cover | Displays the Insurance Cover as defined in the Insurance page of the Collateral Item. |
| Insurance Company | Displays the Insurance Company as defined in the Insurance page of the Collateral Item. |
| Insurance Notes | Displays the Insurance Notes as defined in the Insurance page of the Collateral Item. |
